By accessing or using Tajir ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Eligibility

To use Tajir, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Trade Submissions

Content Requirements

When submitting trades, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You own or have rights to all submitted content
• Screenshots are authentic and unaltered
• Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You have obtained necessary consents for any included data

Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Promotes illegal activities
• Harasses or harms others

License Grant

By submitting trading data, you grant Tajir a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Use, reproduce, and modify your submissions
• Anonymize and aggregate your data
• Share anonymized data with AI companies
• Create derivative works for training purposes

Important: You retain ownership of your original content. We only use anonymized versions for AI training.

Verification & Scoring

Our AI system and human reviewers evaluate submissions based on:

• Completeness of information
• Quality and depth of analysis
• Authenticity of screenshots
• Logical coherence

Verification decisions are final. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our quality standards.

Rewards & Payouts

Earning Rewards

Verified submissions earn Tajir Tokens based on your score (50 tokens per point). Rewards are:

• Calculated automatically by our AI system
• Sent to your connected Solana wallet
• Non-refundable and non-transferable between users
• Subject to our verification standards

Payout Terms

• You must provide a valid Solana wallet address
• We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses
• Payouts may be delayed due to technical issues
• We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraud is suspected

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to game the system
• Submit false, fabricated, or manipulated data
• Use automated tools or bots to submit trades
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Resell or redistribute rewards without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tajir and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAJIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tajir harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your submitted content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Prolonged inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [Jurisdiction].
